Recreation Deeds for Special Needs

Recreation Deeds is a community-based organization that provides scholarships for therapeutic recreation camps and programs, conducts fundraising events and coordinates donation opportunities, supports on-going staff training for therapeutic recreation programs, contributes ideas regarding therapeutic recreation programs, and assists in resolving  problems related to therapeutic recreation programs.

They are currently looking for new ideas to bring to our county regarding staffing, programs, volunteers, and training of therapeutic recreation. They are also looking for individuals who can volunteer to participate in organizational meetings.  If you are interested or wish to learn more about the organization, please contact Susan Goodrich, Therapeutic Recreation Supervisor, at (410) 222-7300.
