In
recognition of Autism Awareness Month, our chapter sponsored
an essay contest for county educators. The entrants
were asked to share their fondest, funniest, or most moving
memories of working with a student with autism spectrum
disorder. The winners are receiving cash prizes to be used
to purchase teaching, educational or resource materials
for use in their programs.
